Q. Do you use clipart in your logos?
A. NO. We do not use clipart in our designs. Logos using copyrighted clipart cannot be registered with the USPTO for trademark protection. Our logos are custom designed.
Q. Are these templates?
A. NO. For the same reason we never use clipart, we never use templates. In addition, many template sites re-sell the same to design to multiple companies and simply change the name. Obviously this negates the uniqueness of your business identity. One of the key reasons for having a logo in the first place is to associate a unique combination of images, colors, and/or text with your company.
Q. How many designs will I get with my package?
A. You will receive three unique concepts with your package. You may purchase an additional three concepts for a non-refundable $15 fee.
Q. What if I don't like any of the initial designs?
A. Your package includes up to two sets of revisions to the original concepts. If, after that revision cycle, you aren't ready to finalize a design, you have a few options:
- Request another round of changes for a non-refundable $15 fee
- Request three new concepts for a non-refundable $15 fee
- Decide to end the process and owe nothing further
Q. Why do you charge a $20 non-refundable fee? Why not provide the first set for no charge?
A. Charging the fee serves several purposes: it eliminates those people who would abuse the process and obtain free concepts with no intention of following through and it covers a portion of the time spent on the designs.
Q. Why do you only charge $20 to get started?
A. The simple and honest answer is that we're confident we will come up with a design you'll love and purchase the full package.
