Here's what to expect during the design process:
- Place your order by completing the order form questionnaire and making your $20 non-refundable deposit (this will be applied to the balance due).
- We will begin work on your design concepts and provide the link to view them in two business days.
- You'll view the designs and do one of the following:
- Select one of the designs "as is" (colors can be changed) or submit any changes you would like made to the design and pay the balance of $79. Move to step 4.
- Request a new set of drafts for a non-refundable $15 fee. The process begins again at step 2.
- If you do not find a design you like and want to end the process, you owe nothing else.
- Once a final design is selected, you will receive your package files in 24 hours via email.
NOTE: Your package includes up to two sets of revisions to the original concepts. If you require more than two revision cycles, you may purchase additional revisions at $15 each (this fee is non-refundable and will not apply to the balance due).
